In addition, the international experts said that\u00a0<i>\u201cthe child\u2019s reintegration is the most important aspect in deinstitutionalization, especially, reintegration in the biological family\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>The deputy chair of the working group, Nazguli Turdubekova, told about the implementation of the Action Plan on reforming the residential system of Kyrgyzstan.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the meeting, Mr. Dosal\u00ee Esenaliev thanked the Moldovan partners for the presented information and raised the need for the line ministry of Kyrgyzstan to hold meetings with the staff of boarding-schools and with the parents in the context of reform.\u00a0<i>\u201cThe reintegration of each child in the family must be monitored personally\u201d<\/i>, Mr. Esenaliev declared.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was held within a project aimed at implementing the Governmental Plan on optimizing and reforming residential institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
