The training program takes place on 30\u201331 October and focuses on promoting well-being and preventing professional burnout among educational and social service staff, including teachers and employees of community day centers for children in Chisinau and the districts of H\u00eence\u0219ti and \u0218tefan Vod\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"863\">The training aims to create a safe, empathetic, and sustainable educational and social environment where children and young people can grow, learn, and develop harmoniously.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"1395\">At the opening event, Daniela M\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103, director of Partnerships for Every Child, emphasized &#8220;the well-being of teachers and specialists working with children is the foundation of a healthy educational and social environment. When adults feel balanced and supported, children grow up in a climate of safety, learning, and trust. Through this program, we invest not only in professional development but also in the emotional health of those who care for the well-being of children who have experienced traumatic situations.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"2139\">Maher Daboul, educational projects manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), added &#8220;supporting teachers and specialists who work with children is the cornerstone of resilient communities and a healthy educational system. This initiative aims not only to strengthen their professional skills but also to enhance their well-being \u2013 the balance, confidence, and inner security that allow them to provide authentic support to children. When teachers feel respected, valued, and equipped with the resources to regain energy and purpose in their work, the entire educational community benefits. A balanced teacher creates a space where every child can learn, express themselves, and develop in a safe, warm, and encouraging environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2407\">This event is organized under the project \u201cEnsuring child well-being in educational institutions and communities\u201d, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by Partnerships for Every Child, in partnership with the NRC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2732\">The \u201cProgram for better learning\u201d was launched in the republic of Moldova in 2022 with NRC support, in response to the humanitarian crisis and the increased influx of refugee children.
