  3. If you have an electronic signature, you can submit the form online 24\/7 via www.servicii.fisc.md<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Specify that you wish to redirect 2% to AO \u201cPartnerships for Every Child\u201d, fiscal code 1010620002091, where we appear as beneficiary 466.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
