Members of the Advisory Board of Children (ABC) of C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i have recently launched the first issue of the council\u2019s newspaper. The publication, entitled \u201cChildren for Children\u201d comprises eight pages and includes a variety of engaging news about the council\u2019s activities, as well as articles reflecting the views of children from different localities of the district on the respect of their rights. In addition, readers can find an interview with a representative of the local public authorities addressing various important topics. This section will be featured in every issue of the newspaper.<\/p>\n
The newspaper also includes a special section entitled \u201cThe Right to a Family,\u201d which contains several articles on how children perceive the importance of family.<\/p>\n
Maria Bob, Child Participation Specialist in C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, stated that the newspaper will be published on a monthly basis. The idea and concept of the publication belong to the 27 members of the C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i ABC.<\/p>\n
The \u201cChildren for Children\u201d newspaper is distributed both in print and online to local authorities and educational institutions across the district.<\/p>\n
The Children\u2019s Consultative Councils were established with the support of the Partnerships for Every Child within the project \u201cA Strong Family for Every Child,\u201d funded by USAID. To date, eight ABCs have been created in eight districts.<\/p>\n

\nPartnerships for Every Child implements the project \u201cA Strong Family for Every Child\u201d with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
