Twenty-five specialists from NGOs and libraries, working with displaced children and those from host communities in the municipality of Chi\u0219in\u0103u, are participating on March 12\u201313 in a training session dedicated to integrating the \u201cBINE 1\u201d Programme into activities carried out with children.<\/p>\n

The training aims to develop and strengthen both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to apply the programme, enabling specialists to provide more effective psycho-emotional support to children in informal learning and engagement settings.<\/p>\n

The programme will help professionals better understand children\u2019s typical reactions to fear and stress and offers simple techniques for managing these emotions, including practical calming and breathing exercises.<\/p>\n

Present at the event, Alisia Parfentieva, Senior Consultant at the Interethnic Relations Policy Service of the Ministry of Education and Research, noted: \u201cWe welcome the implementation of such programmes aimed at promoting inclusive education for displaced and refugee children. The Ministry of Education and Research is making continuous efforts to ensure that every child feels integrated into the school environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ana Palii, Project Manager at \u201cPartnerships for Every Child\u201d (PPFC), stated: \u201cWe are expanding this programme to additional services in order to support as many children as possible who are in need of protection and emotional support. In this way, both refugee children and those from host communities will benefit from practical tools that help them cope with stress, changes, and challenges in their lives,\u201d emphasized Ms. Palii.<\/p>\n

Cristina Savin, Education and Youth Programme Coordinator at NRC Moldova, also welcomed the integration of the \u201cBINE 1\u201d Programme sessions into the activities and programmes carried out by libraries and community centres in Chi\u0219in\u0103u. \u201cThe BINE Programme represents a significant effort to equip professionals with practical tools to promote well-being through simple self-regulation and calming practices, helping to overcome stress and anxiety while strengthening resilience,\u201d she highlighted.<\/p>\n

The training session is organized within the project \u201cInclusive Education and Psychosocial Support for Displaced and Host Community Children in Moldova,\u201d implemented by PPFC in cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), with financial support from the Government of Norway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
