The \u201dBetter Learning Programme \/BLP\/\u201d\u2014now known as the \u2018WELL Programme\u2019\u2014has proven to be a valuable tool in supporting socio-emotional development and fostering a safe and inclusive educational environment. This moment also reflects the commitment and leadership of our partner, \u2018Partnerships for Every Child,\u2019 which has consistently worked to adapt the programme\u2019s resources to ensure their relevance and effectiveness in improving children\u2019s well-being in Moldova. At NRC, we are proud to support a transition that strengthens local ownership and creates the foundation for long-term sustainability, enabling more children, teachers, and schools across the country to benefit from a safe, inclusive, and well-being-oriented educational environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"2155\">Daniela M\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103, Executive Director of PPFC, emphasized: \u201cGranting us the right to take over and implement the programme in the Republic of Moldova will allow us to expand its scope and ensure access for a greater number of children and educational institutions, including those in social services. Over the four years of implementation, the programme has achieved significant results: 40 beneficiary schools, approximately 15,000 children, and around 1,000 teaching and managerial staff, as well as NGO specialists and librarians working with children, across 8 regions of the country, have benefited from the programme. Results analysis shows that the programme has significantly improved children\u2019s emotional well-being and school experience, with students\u2019 well-being increasing by up to 25% after participation,\u201d said Ms. M\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2791\">The \u201cWELL\u201d Programme (formerly the \u201cBetter Learning Programme\u201d \/BLP\/) has been implemented by P4EC since 2022 and provides children, teachers, and parents with support in managing stress generated by various situations, including crisis or instability contexts. The programme consists of three modules\u2014\u201cWELL for Youth,\u201d \u201cWELL 2,\u201d and \u201cWELL 1\u201d\u2014and supports students at different stages of schooling in developing emotional and educational skills, from stress management and exam preparation to strengthening resilience, improving academic performance, and enhancing concentration, thereby contributing to children\u2019s overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"3149\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Expanded into the social sector, the programme also provides professionals with practical tools to better understand and manage children\u2019s emotional responses, including calming and breathing exercises.
