The “Change management” training program – Căușeni

07/07/2014

The “Change Management” training program, delivered to the staff of the auxiliary school in the town of Căușeni, aimed to develop participants’ skills in managing the change process currently underway within the institution.

Particular attention was given to discussing topics such as: the stages of the change process, reasons for resistance to change, types of acceptance of change, and methods for overcoming resistance to change.

Participants were actively engaged in both discussions and practical activities throughout the training program, thereby developing a solid understanding of the foundations of residential care system reform, as well as acquiring the competencies necessary to implement a coherent and structured plan for transforming the institution in which they work.

The event was organized within the framework of the “Strong Families for Every Child” project, funded by USAID and implemented by the Căușeni District Council and the Partnerships for Every Child (P4EC).
