Mellow Parenting Program – a parental education program

The Mellow Parenting Program is a parental education program designed to help parents raise their children in a healthy and supportive way. The program primarily targets families with preschool-aged children.

It consists of 14 group sessions and aims to support parents in developing parenting skills across different stages of a child’s development, from the prenatal period through to preschool age. The program is grounded in attachment theory, social learning, and cognitive-behavioral principles. It focuses on fostering positive parent–child relationships, improving overall well-being, learning from personal experiences, and understanding how these experiences influence behaviors.
