The ”PEACE – Empathetic, Assertive, Aware and Balanced Parenting” program is specifically designed to support parents in improving their child-rearing and education skills by promoting positive parenting practices grounded in empathy, non-violent discipline, and gender equality. The program also aims to reduce parental stress and enhance overall family well-being.
The ”PEACE” program is structured into three core sessions for parents, each complemented by interactive parent–child activities aimed at strengthening family bonds. Parents are also encouraged to continue practicing the learned techniques at home to reinforce their knowledge and maintain active connections with other participants even after the sessions conclude. The program provides tailored support materials adapted to different child age groups to best meet the needs of each family. Sessions are facilitated by two trained specialists, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment. The recommended group size is up to 15 participants, which is essential for maintaining the program’s effectiveness and high quality.
