Summer camp for the most active children

09/06/2015

Between 22 June and 3 July this year, 200 children—members of the Advisory Board of Children (ABC) and the National Advisory Board of Children (NABC)—will take part in a summer camp organized by the Partnerships for Every Child (P4EC).

According to Natalia Semeniuc, Child Participation Consultant at P4EC, this activity has already become a tradition and will provide children from the ABC and NABC with the opportunity to get to know one another, exchange ideas about the activities carried out over the course of the year, and, last but not least, strengthen their skills in monitoring and evaluating local policies and programs focused on respecting children’s rights.

The summer camp agenda includes a range of training activities as well as recreational and cultural events.

The camp will be held in two sessions for members of the NBAC and the ABC from the districts of Ungheni, Fălești, Călărași, Cahul, Telenești, Sîngerei, Căușeni, Orhei, and Soroca.
