The following Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.p4ec.md apply to donations made to AO “Partnerships for Every Child” through its online platform. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONSThe website is owned by AO “Partnerships for Every Child,” a non-governmental organization registered in the Republic of Moldova. By accessing the site or making a donation, you accept these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable national laws.

By using the www.p4ec.md website, you expressly agree to the collection and processing of your personal data. This is necessary to process your donation, for future communication, and for sending you periodic updates (such as newsletters or reports).Data collected:

Your data is processed exclusively for legitimate purposes, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection. We do not collect or store sensitive bank data.
3. MAKING AND PROCESSING DONATIONS

Donations can be made by bank card using our secure payment platform. After the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.Payment is made in MDL. For cards issued in other currencies, the amount is converted automatically according to your bank’s policies.AO “Partnerships for Every Child” does not store your card details. These are processed exclusively through the authorized platform of the payment processor under maximum security (3D Secure).
4. REFUND POLICY

All donations are considered voluntary, non-refundable contributions. However, in the event of an erroneous transaction (for example, a double payment or an incorrect amount), a refund can be requested within 7 calendar days by emailing office@p4ec.md.Refunds will only be made to the card from which the payment originated.
5. COPYRIGHT

All materials published on www.p4ec.md (including texts, images, videos, and logos) are the property of AO “Partnerships for Every Child.” They cannot be reproduced, copied, or distributed without the organization’s written consent.
