Analysis of the compatibility of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the UN Guidelines

This evaluation report aims to analyze the national legal framework concerning the protection of children deprived of parental care from the perspective of compliance with the standards set forth by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, identifying legal gaps as well as challenges in the implementation of the legislation.
